This is a very roomy four stateroom, five head yacht with the 5th head being a day head on the main deck. Beginning forward on the lower level is the crew stateroom with head and separate shower. Originally, this stateroom had upper and lower berths; however, the owner has installed a cabinet face on the lower berth for storage, which is easily removable. Aft to port is the galley with a dinette on the starboard side. Down two steps aft to port is the first guest stateroom with a double berth. Across the hallway to starboard is the first guest head with a separate shower. Aft to port is the second guest stateroom that has been converted into a combination office-stateroom, with the double berth folding into the wall when not in use. Opposite this stateroom is the second guest head that is separated from the first guest head by the shower. Aft is the engine room that is separated by the hallway with doors forward and aft of the engines. Next is the master stateroom with a queen berth and head with tub. On the main deck forward is the helm area with doors leading to both wide, walk-around side decks. The companionway to port leads to the upper deck with the companionway to starboard leading below. There is bench seating to starboard behind the helm that separates the salon. The salon is open with an entertainment center, dining, and the day head. Through a starboard door is the aft deck with wing doors, side-sliding windows and aft curtains. There is a refrigerator with wet bar and trash compactor. The upper deck has L-shaped bench seating with tables on both sides aft of helm and a bimini top. There is a large area aft with room for lounge chairs with more bench seating and a wet bar. Aft of this area is the electric davit with an 11' Boston Whaler with a 20hp Mercury 4-stroke with only 5 hours. Commercial-grade oil pre-lube.
