The Lady Sarah is a one owner Jarrett Bay that was built as a serious offshore fishing boat.  While the boat is beautiful on the inside and out - the boat was not loaded up with unneccesary frills - making her easy to operate from a systems standpoint.  From the owner/operator to a professional captain, this Jarrett Bay makes for a great fishing boat.  Powered by C18's - one with 1100 hours and the other with 600 (one original engine was replaced under warranty) the Lady Sarah cruises 30 knots.  A tackle center in the companionway would satisfy the most discriminating owner with the ability to carry a complete arsenal of tackle in a secure manner.
