BROKERS COMMENTS
This is not a project boat but she does need some TLC.  Teak and holly floor needs some work in the salon.  Door on companionway needs repair or replacing.  Door missing on master shower.  She has no holding tank.  These are the major items so you can see a little work turns her into a great cruiser or live aboard.  Standing rigging and sails are in good shape.   A great buy for the money.   Especially for a do-it-your-selfer.
