This nice coastal cruiser has been taken on cruises with friends along the Intercoastal Waterway from Corpus Christi to New Orleans, with the return trip cutting 180 miles across the Gulf of Mexico. This houseboat is very comfortable for coastal cruising and would be equally at home on a lake. There are a number of upgrades to increase comfort including an additional half bath below the pilot house next to the lower cabin, dual 12,000 btu Mermaid cooling and heating systems. And an 8kw Kohler diesel generator to run the systems while underway or anchored in a private cove. At the current listing price, the owner would also include an 8' 10" inflatable Yacht Tender dinghy and a 4hp Evinrude outboard. She can also sleep six in relative privacy. VESSEL WALK THRU There is never an inconvenient way to board this cruiser. There are six 'gates' located fore and aft and on each of the four corners. Entering from the forward part of the vessel one notices a large bench on the bow deck with seating for 4 or 5 with storage under. A few steps further along the starboard side is a large sliding door which permits entry to the lower helm and salon area. In addition to finding all necessary controls for operation and navigation, there is a lovely leather couch which converts to a double bed. Going forward down a turning short staircase you will find a private bathroom (head) adjacent to a 'cuddy cabin' with a full extra long bed. Further forward is a generous sized storage area under the bow. Returning to the steering station/salon one continues aft where a large galley area is to port and a full bath is to starboard. The remaining aft cabin space to port consists of a large settee and dining table with seating for 8 which can also be converted to a queen sized bed. Through the rear plexiglass one moves up two steps to the large aft deck, and at the far aft end of the vessel is a stainless ladder down to the massive swim platform. Also from the aft deck, one can gain access to an upper deck and flybridge area.
