Broker's Comments
Mar-Lin is meticulously maintained and the owner has kept a comprehensive maintenance and service log since day one. She is super clean throughout, shows very little wear and the engine room is immaculate. She is a broker's dream. The owner purchased her in 2003 without the Tuna Tower, which he had installed by American Custom Yachts in March 2011. In February 2012, he had American Custom Yachts strip and repaint the decks, windshield frame and bow rails in white gloss as well as the non-skid on the decks and in the Cockpit and Helm.
