This 27PCs engines are 4.3 liter V6 carb models with about 320 hours each. The outdrives are Mercruiser Bravo 3's w/SS props & power trim. The lower units were rebuilt this year (2012). They run flawlessly. You can see the power lid lift and the engines are closed-freshwater cooled. The boat is kept in a slip in the northern Chesapeake Bay which is nearly all fresh water (Skipjack Marina on the Sassafras River.) If you are not familiar with the Formula 27 PC, the fiberglass work is impeccable and stout. The superior Formula mold surfaces impart a much higher quality than most production molds. Quality and value.  The boat has an electric windlass controllable from the helm or bow and all-chain rode. In addition, it has radar, TV /VCR, CD, pressure water, charger, dual batteries, water heater, VacuFlush, heat and air-conditioning, transom and head showers, 12 and 120V refrigeration, sleeps 4 (or 5, if some are children), two bilge pumps, aluminum tanks, radar arch, sinks, microwave oven, swim platform with SS ladder, full canvas, bimini, and cockpit cover. No stove. The boat is in very good to excellent condition and is ready to go.
