General Details

With the speed and the range to make those long offshore trips quick and comfortable, the Albemarle 280 Express Fisherman is no lightweight entry. This is a heavily armed fishing machine which can fish with the big boats any day, time or place. And like all boats in the Albemarle line, the 280 Series has a beautiful fiberglass finish with molded-in nonskid surfaces and low-maintenance trim. These boats are easy to maintain and keep looking great for years. They make overnight trips and long trips offshore comfortable and productive with a highly functional cabin and cockpit.   The custom made Bausch tower is a plus!

One of the few boats under 30 feet that are able to handle a full tower, the Albemarle 28 series can.  No lightweight, anglers have long appreciated the spacious and well-arranged cockpit with its generous rod storage and topnotch fishing amenities.  Below, the accommodations are spacious with a V-berth forward, a compact galley, and stand-up head with shower.  The upscale interior is finished with quality hardware and fabrics throughout and accented with plenty of teak trim and cabinetry.

No disappointments.  The Albemarle 28 is a fishing machine with twin low hour Yanmar diesel engines and all the amenities one needs for a comfortable weekend fishing or cruising.
