This boat is truly in impeccable condition and a must see!   OVERVIEW: Seller acquired "No Bottom” and her bottom was striped and barrier coated.   Phase 1 of the refit began in 2000 with the installation on new Yanmar diesel engines, ZF V- Drive Transmissions, Propellers, Shafts, Struts and thru hull fittings.($120,000)   Phase 2 began in 2008 with new fiberglass sole and aluminum supports, teak cockpit and cabin sole replaced. ($40,000)   Phase 3 began with the installation of new ¼” thick aluminum fuel and water tanks. ($45,000) Virtually 90% of the vessel has been updated. The perfect boat whether you are a knowledgeable Captain and can recognize the quality of the upgrades or an inexperienced cruiser who can take comfort knowing that “No Bottom” is as solid and well cared a boat as you can find on the market. A true gem!   ACCOMMODATIONS: Entering from the cockpit through a custom built mezzanine door (2009), you will find the lower helm station to port and a custom L-shaped settee (2009) to starboard. Plenty of ambient light through the tempered glass windows that open for ventilation along with carpeting, lighting, stereo speakers and Cruise Air A/C System.   Three steps down and into the cabin, this spacious and comfortable layout can sleep 7 with a forward berth that sleeps 2; sofa to port that converts to upper and lower bunks; a convertible settee to starboard that sleeps 2 side-by-side; and the custom L-shaped settee up in the salon. Ample air conditioning & lighting throughout the lower cabin and salon area.   A fully equipped galley, storage lockers and private head with shower complete the accommodations below. Galley includes microwave, stove, sink and refrigerator/ freezer.   COCKPIT & DECK EQUIPMENT: Spacious and ready for fishing! Fishing equipment includes a new bait center (2009), bait freezer, sink, tackle center, outriggers, rod holders, spreader lights, sunshade, and (2) portable fighting chairs.   The bow features two anchors, windlass, aluminum hand rail, and aluminum rack for a small dinghy or kayaks.   “No Bottom” comes with spare propellers, a spare shaft and plenty of spare parts. Engines are easily accessed through two large hatches in the cockpit sole. The generator, transmissions, A/C system, Racors, etc. are easily accessed through a large hatch in the salon floor.   FLYBRIDGE: A sturdy aluminum ladder takes you up to the flybridge where you will find a teak trimmed Captain’s helm chair with a bench aft of the helm that comfortably seats three.
