Opposite is a straight settee with adjacent corner cabinet housing a freezer. There is a filler piece for this settee which can be across the port door, converting the settee to a berth. Tasteful dark blue Ultrasuede is on the settees, white curtains with matching dark blue stripes, and venetian blinds at the windows. There is excellent visibility from the lower helm for the helmsman, and very comfortable settees and large windows allow guests to enjoy the comfortable, bright and airy salon. Down 3 steps to the master stateroom featuring a center line Queen berth, drawer storage under the berth, teak cabinets on either side of the berth ans a teak cabinet enclosing the washer/dryer. There is additional drawer storage running along the port and starboard sides of the stateroom, a large hanging locker, and an enclosed head to port with cultured marble vanity top, vacuflush head and cabinet storage. There is a separate stall shower on the starboard side. An aft companionway hatch (with screens which can be added) provides ventilation and egress to the aft deck. Varnished teak parquet sole runs throughout the vessel, and rich teak cabinetry provides the ambience and warmth inherent to Grand Banks.
