Broker’s Remarks:

This Catalina 27 has had many upgrades in the last six years, both inside and out.  All interior cushions have been replaced, along with a new head, plumbing and a new Origo 3000 non-pressurized alcohol stove.  The bottom of the boat has been completely stripped, all blisters repaired, then faired using vinylester resin, then two barrier and bottom coats of paint applied .  Four new stainless keel bolts were also added to the keel.

A new Hood roller furler  was installed four years ago along with a new Simrad Autopilot.  The Yanmar Diesel Engine has been meticulously maintained.  The sails are all in great shape and the mainsail and bimini canvas have been well taken care of.  All deck non-skid areas were also redone.

If you are looking for a great old sailing vessel that you won’t have to spend a lot of time working on or won’t break the bank, this may be the boat for you…………………MAKE OFFER!
