Her second owner has kept the same meticulous program in place. “DOG HOUSE” has recently had updates including new ice maker, all interior wood redone, new entertainment center and just rebuilt starboard transmission. - As you enter the salon this is a typical 54 lay-out 3 staterooms and 2 heads. She has an l-shaped couch to port. With a 3 barstool circle counter top that faces the galley. They galley has a full size refrigerator, microwave and brand new teak and holly laminate floors. The settee is to starboard and as walk down the companionway. VIP is to port and guest is starboard. Continuing forward is the Master which has its own private head/shower.
