Vessel Walkthrough & Accommodations
ANNIE B sports a very beamy and roomy interior.  Starting all the way forward is the Master Stateroom forward which features a centerline raised queen sized berth. To port and just aft of the berth is a roomy head that has access from the Master and the salon area.  It features a Vacu-Flush head system with holding tank, a large enclosed shower and a molded sink and vanity with storage below.  To starboard in the MSR is a cedar lined hanging locker and a built in seat for dressing.  There is a hatch to the fore deck over the master bunk that has a blackout feature. On the portside of the MSR is a Panasonic TV/VCR combo.  Aft of the master is the galley/salon/dinette.  To port in this area is a huge crescent shaped dinette that can comfortably seat six and the dinette converts to a full sized bunk. Opposite the dinette is the galley area forward is a new Norcold Refrigerator/Freezer installed January 2012.  Continuing aft along the starboard side is a Kenyon 3 burner cooktop with a Panasonic Microwave built in below.  There is a B&D Coffee maker molded into the galley, and built in system for a blender and can opener, both of which are on board. There is an Raritan Icerette Ice Maker installed in the lower cabinet that IS NOT OPERATIONAL. Just aft of the galley area is the entertainment center.  There is a 21” Panasonic TV, Panasonic VHS, Harmon Kardon CD/ FL8450 Dual Differential Discrete output, and a Harmon Cardon HK3250 Receiver. There is a molded seat aft of this. Aft of the dinette on the port side are the two steps down to the guest bunk.  This bunk is a full sized bunk under the dinette.  There is a Panasonic TV/VCR combo  installed on the wall facing the head of the bunk. Across from the bunk is the second head with sink and hand held shower.  Just to port of the head is a cedar lined hanging locker.  Up two Steps on the starboard side there is a large sliding door exiting to the cockpit.  On the portside aft there is a transom door that leads to the extra large swim platform.  The swim platform has a hot and cold fresh water outlet to rinse off salt water and sand before stepping into the cockpit.  The cockpit itself has a large seating area facing forward from the transom.  The staircase to the bridge is to port.  There are two rod holders in the gunwales of the cockpit. Under the cockpit staircase are two battery banks which make for very easy changing of batteries. Central Vacuum System Up the staircase to the fly bridge there is seating forward of the helm and to starboard at the helm. The helm is L-Shaped and features the following electronics: GARMIN 152 GPS B&G NETWORK VHF WITH EXTERNAL SPEAKER AND REMOTE MIC FURUNO RP110 CHART PLOTTER B&G NETWORK QUAD: SPEED, DEPTH, TIME, ACR SPOTLIGHT URC-100 (not operational) B&G AUTOPILOT W/REMOTE FURUNO FCV 667 COLOR DEPTH SOUNDER/FISH FINDER FURUNO 64 MILE RADAR INTERFACED W/GARMIN AND FURUNO PLOTTERS CLARION AM/FM STEREO SEA RAY SYSTEMS MONITOR GLENDENNING SYNCHRONIZERS There is a wet bar on the bridge and a table for serving as well as adequate seating for guests.  Forward of the helm is a center molded gangway that leads to the fore deck.  There is adequate seating on the fore deck for sunning and lounging.  There is a pulpit and windlass.  The bow rail comes back to the brow of the bridge. The walkarounds are very narrow which gives the greater interior volume, but the molded gangway from the bridge is definitely the way to access the foredeck.  The engine room is accessed from the cockpit through a large hatch with hydraulic pistons to open manually.  The 15 Kw Kohler genset had the electrical portion of the generator replaced in 2012. The engines are the Caterpillar 3116 TA’s with 1247 hours as of July 25, 2012.  The gears are HSW 800ZF 1:64 to 1.  There is a Pro Mariner 60 Battery Charger. There are dual Racor fuel filters for each engine and a single Racor for the genset.  There was a new salon A/C compressor installed 2/29/2012.
