70' Hatteras LRC Overview

Jabula is the last 65' Hatteras LRC built and was extended to 70' with her large cockpit. She is operated and maintained by a full-time professional crew and her seller has spared no expense on her. She is known as the Queen of the LRC fleet, and when you see her incredible condition, you will understand why! Jabula offers a 4 stateroom/3 head layout, updated interior, standup engine room, fuel efficient engines, bowthruster, new generators in 2011 and she has just completed a full paintjob.  Price reduced!    

70' Hatteras LRC Vessel Walkthrough

Stepping onto the vessel on the swimplatform, you enter through a transom door to the cockpit and then step up onto the aftdeck. You enter the salon through the starboard side aft door and find L-shaped seating port aft, an entertainment center and stairwell to the master stateroom and engine room to port, a lounge chair to starboard, cabinetry on both sides and then the dining table port forward. Walking forward you will find the galley to port and a ladder to the flybridge to starboard, while entering the pilothouse. There are side deck access doors on each side and then stairs starboard forward down to the guest staterooms. Once below forward, you will find a guest/crew stateroom forward and guest staterooms on each side as you walk aft to the engine room. There are both forward and aft doors in the engine room.

70' Hatteras LRC Accommodations

Jabula offers a full beam master stateroom aft with centerline queen size berth and ensuite head, a port forward guest stateroom with side by side berths and ensuite head, a starboard stateroom with over/under berths and a guest/crew stateroom forward with over/under berths and ensuite head.

70' Hatteras LRC Salon

The huge salon offers built-in L-shaped seating port aft, a lounge chair and door to the aftdeck and cockpit starboard aft, cabinetry all along the starboard side and on port between the seating and the dining table forward. There is an entertainment center and stairwell to the master stateroom and engine room to port. The salon has been completely updated with new carpet, headliners, wood blinds, audio/visual equipment and lighting.

Dining space is offered at the dining table forward of the salon and at the teak table on the flybridge.

70' Hatteras LRC Pilothouse

The pilothouse offers a full helm forward, teak parquet sole, side deck access doors on each side, a ladder to the flybridge starboard aft and a U-shaped settee, with storage, aft. There is a pass-through window to the galley, same level access to the galley and salon and stairs to the guest staterooms and engine room starboard forward. All the windows were replaced in 2009.

The full beam master stateroom aft offers a centerline queen size berth, carpet, reading lights, nightstands, storage drawers, cabinets and shelves, 2 hanging lockers, 4 portlights, 2 transom hatches, full length mirror and an ensuite head. The audio/visual equipment, carpet, headliners, lighting and dimmers are all new. The ensuite head has been completed updated to offer new Silestone solid surface countertop, shower, fixtures, floor, toilet, headliner and lighting.

The port guest stateroom offers side by side twin berths, nightstand, carpet, hanging locker, storage drawers, reading lights and ensuite head.

70' Hatteras LRC Starboard Guest Stateroom

The starboard guest stateroom offers over/under berths, nightstand, carpet, hanging locker, storage drawers, storage locker forward, reading lights, full length mirror and ensuite head.

70' Hatteras LRC Forward Guest Stateroom

The forward guest stateroom presently serves as the crew quarters and offers over/under bunks, carpet, reading lights, hanging locker, cabinetry and storage drawers, access to the chain locker and an ensuite head.

70' Hatteras LRC Flybridge

The huge flybridge on Jabula offers a full helm forward with storage underneath, two helm seats, Radar arch with bimni forward and aft, non-skid deck, full Eisenglass enclosure, L-shaped seating with teak table to starboard and L-shaped seating and refrigerator cabinet to port.

The aftdeck offers a non-skid deck, Aluminum/canvas bimini, a door to the salon and teak/stainless steel steps down to the cockpit.

70' Hatteras LRC Cockpit

Jabula's 5' cockpit was added to her original Hatteras 65 LRC design to maker her the better looking and more functional one of a kind LRC she is. There is a transom door to the swimplatform and a hatch to access her large lazarette. This area also has a non-skid deck, Aluminum/canvas bimini and rod holders.
