This inboard diesel Shamrock 260 center console was built for assistance towing. She has just had her topsides of the hull professionally repainted. She would be an excellent choice as a light towing/salvage vessel, or Coast Guard Auxilliary boat.

- This vessel has actually worked in the past in the assistance towing business. Welded aluminum "T" top frame with fiberglass hardtop. Proper towing bit placed at pivot point with safety cage behind operator station. Helm bench with leaning post bolsters. Public safety lights on hardtop (inop.). 2 x aft aiming 12 volt aft deck flood lights on "T" top. Below deck storage under foredeck. Engine mounted under console with access on all four sides. Racor fuel separator/filter. 8D 12 volt Lead acid and Zenergy 12 volt battery with isolator shut off switches. Jabsco 12 volt remote controlled search light on hardtop. Console overhead lights. Deck courtesy lights. Rear view mirror. FRP bolt on swim platform. Isinglass console enclosure. Console instrument cover. Stainless steel ski tow eyes and bow eye. Morse type dual lever controls. Sea Star hydraulic steering (new). Richie hemispherical steering compass. Tachometer, coolant temp. meter, oil pressure gauge, hour counter (shows 1576, unknown if these are orioginal hours or since repowering), and gear pressure gauge for main engine. Fuel tank level gauge. Bow anchor rode locker with deck chain pipe. Hand grab rails. Hurth HSW630A transmission. It is unknown when the vessel was repowered with the turbo Yanmar. 1 1/2" stainless steel propeller shaft with conventional flexible bronze packing gland. Hailer horn/loudspeaker on hardtop. Overhead speaker above helm. SiTex 525 VHF ADF.
