The Morgan Out Island 37 is spacious for her size. Below she features a large V berth forward with plenty of hanging locker space in the companionway to aft. The head is open and airy with a stall shower with fiberglass pan. The salon has bench seating on both sides and a pedestal dining table. The galley is stbd. aft across from a storage area in the entrance to the large quarter berth. This yacht has many custom extras including an additional front loading 120 volt refrigerator/freezer, custom cabinets, custom electric panels, and a custom rigid spray dodger with Lexan companionway doors. She is also fitted with a generator and air conditioning. There are large Lazarets port and stbd. aft under the cockpit seating. Her engine has had the head rebuilt, heat exchanger cleaned, and both the raw water and coolant pumps replaced about 10 hours ago. She has had a recent bottom job. Dinghy is NOT included.

Tachometer, oil pressure gauge, coolant temp. meter, and hour counter in cockpit. 12 volt voltmeter in cockpit with battery bank selector switch. Helm pedestal with chain and cable steering and dual lever Morse type controls. 3 x 12 volt lead acid batteries.
