Boarding via the expansive teak cockpit you have a removable bait tank which when removed affords a delightful area for entertaining.  Against the bulkhead are built in tackle draws, custom refrigeration and a barbeque to port, and to starboard is the ladder going up to the flybridge and tower.  Under this area are a built in custom refrigerator and additional tackle drawer.  Going up to the flybridge, there are two custom helm chairs and a complete array of electronics including a recessed worm gear lift that when raised displays your plotter and radar. Forward of this area is more than ample comfortable seating that is enclosed with stadia glass which can be opened up.  There is port or starboard access to the tower with an additional set of helm controls.  From the cockpit you enter HOUDINI’S airy salon which has a beautiful teak interior. To port is a large L-shaped seating area and teak dining table which seats eight and to starboard is the built in TV.  Moving forward is the open galley to port and dinette seating with table to starboard.  The salon and galley area have blinds that are hidden away when open.  Forward and down to port is the master stateroom with walk around queen berth, ample storage and an ensuite master head with custom enlarged stall shower.  To starboard is an upper/lower two berth cabin with head and stall shower.  Aft of this head is the crew cabin (or 4th stateroom) with upper and lower berths. Forward is the VIP cabin with queen berth and ensuite head with stall shower.  The entire interior on HOUDINI has been completed with a very a tasteful décor.  She is truly one of the finest vessels we have seen and is a true pleasure to be aboard.

Remarks

By far, HOUDINI is one of the most extraordinarily maintained vessels we have seen.  She shows true pride of ownership by a knowledgeable yachtsman and dedicated captain.  She has many custom features that can only be appreciated by a personal inspection.  She was completely LP’d, and had new carpet and wall coverings in 2009.  The engines were overhauled and currently have 1575 hours.  Her teak cockpit has a center, removable bait tank which when removed is a delightful place to relax or entertain.  The stainless work throughout is exceptional.  If you are looking for a gentleman’s sport yacht, you must come aboard and view this dedication to excellence.
