Deck:

Ideal windlass rebuilt ( 2002 ). Modified aft deck ( 2001 ) to accommodate seating for 7 adults. New cockpit teak deck in Oct. 2001, Lazarette, an "C" hinges Jenn Air grille. Whirlpool Gold Ice maker,  in cockpit. U - Line refrigerator,  in cockpit. Dive gear lockers. ( 2 ) 10 person life rafts on Flybridge. 16 ft Nuova Jolly tender w/100HP  Yamaha 4 stroke ( April 2001 ). Rod holders in cockpit cap rail. Steps, and handrail to swim platform ( 2001 ). Dinning:

The dining area is located portside, aft of salon, overlooking the aft deck.  This can be eliminated for more salon seating by converting the den area into a formal dinig area: Teak Oval dining table w/4 chairs. Additional A / C installed in 2001.

Electrical Equipment:

Electrical system is 12 / 32 volt DC,  120 / 240 AC. Two ( 2 ) overhauled Northern Lights 40KW generators ( port - 100 hrs / stbd - 980 hrs ). Sentry 12 volts 40 amp battery charger. Sentry 32 volt 30 amp baterry charger. Stabiline voltage regulator. Lamarche single phase 60 Hz 120 / 240 volt convertor.

Engine Room & Mechanical Equipment:

The engine room ia accessed through the foward crew quarters,  and offers excellent room to service the engine room system.  The Caterpillar 3412 engines were installed new in 2003.  Both ZF gear boxes were overhauled and new couplings were installed.  Work done since 2003 include: 2 new air compressors. New fresh water pump,  2nd pump replaced in 2001. New 40gal Ruud hot water heater. New plumbing pressure regulators. New dock filters,  ships filters, and manifolds. New Sentry baterry charges. Relocated multiple Racor fuel filters. New baterry boxes,  and wiring. New engine exhaust system. New fuel transfer pump and manifold. New oil transfer system. New steering lines. 50hp Hydraulic Bow Thruster. Naiad stabilizers.

Flybridge:

The Flybridge is accessed from the raised pilothouse through a lifting hatch,  and opening door: Wesmar hydraulic bow thruster controls. Dual Northstar 6100I NZ multi - function plotters. Robertson rudder angle indicator. Furuno radar. Wrap around dash installed 2001. Dual helm seats Triple Kahlenberg s/s air horns. Standard  Horizon VHF radio. Sirius Sat. radio w/multiple speakers. Located starboard mid - deck forward of lower salon. Black Sub Zero separate refrigerator and freezer w/additional pull out drawar. Black Haier wine cooler next to the Sub Zero. GE 4 burner flat top stove and oven. GE profile convection microwave. Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Nutone flush counter blender. Great ambient lighting. Large opening port. Substantial counter space. Ample storage. Triple porcelain sinks w/Grohe faucet. Middle sink contains garbege disposal. Aqua Pro filtered water spigot. Large pull out dual door shelf storage cabinet. Hull:

Aluminium. Heavily zinced. Monitored by a CAPAC galvanic monitoring system. Entire vessel repainted in 2001.

Lazrette:

Stripped,  repainted, and rewired with new switchboards             ( June 2002 ).  Additional lazrette upgrades as follows: FCI 1200 GPD water maker with auto - flush ( may be upgraded to 1600 GPD ). Steering lines. Second 40gal hot water heater. Chest freezer. Chilled water A / C upgrated to 13 tons ( Two 4 ton units and one 5 ton unit ). Sea water pumps replaced. Rebuilt sea chest.

Master Head:

Accessed from both sides of King Berth. All marble sinks; floors and counter tops. His & Hers divided by a stand up shower with dual entry. Both his & hers can be seen through clear glass wall and doors on both sides showers.

Master Stateroom:

Accesed from custom spiral stairway in main salon Full beam Master en Suite located amid ship. Centerline King Berth on custom Teak platform w/nightstands. Access to his and her heads from both sides of berth. Dual Cedar - lined walk - in closets. Built - in mirrored vanity and dressers ( STRBD ). Light beige carpeting. Bedsite book shelves with 2 - drawer nightstand. Multiple opening ports. 3 overhead lights and 5 recessed spotlights. Built - in Sony flat screen TV. Intercom. CD / DVD system.

Raised Pilothouse:

Upholstered sofa w/2 end tables and decorative lamps to port. 2 upholstered chairs to starboard. Custom teak desk with inlaid  " Compass Rose " and drawers ( aft, strbd ). Custom built - in teak sideboard cabinets to strbd. Dining area aft to port w/teak oval table,  and 4 chairs. Day head strbd of salon. Two Guest Staterooms:

Both guest staterooms are aft of the master and are located to port and starboard.  Accessed by a companionway from the staircase fover.  En Suite tiled floor heads,  with stall showers: Twin Berths w/four ( 4 ) drawers beneath. Built - in Teak dressers w/brass pulls. Three ( 3 ) drawer night stands. Mirrored head boards. Magnavox Color TV's. Intercom. Recessed CD / AM / FM players. Large Openning ports.
