Accommodations
This 72’ Hatteras features 4 staterooms, 3 cabin heads, a day ahead, plus crew accommodations aft, 8 televisions total and the wood treatments throughout the yacht or high-gloss cherry. Upon entering the vessel from the boarding gate(s) via the forward deck, you enter the main salon and are immediately greeted by cherry, rich fabrics and top quality stonework. To port is a granite topped bar and a 50 inch flatscreen TV mounted above. Forward of the wet bar, to port, a varnished round dining table, which seats six. One large cabinet occupies the port forward bulkhead and houses the china and formal crytsal. To port is a long custom couch, chest, coffee table and stools. Below deck, the master stateroom is full beam and features an oversized king berth, large closets, and a his/hers head connected by a large glass stall shower. The area is finished with an assortment of marble and granite stone work with top of the line hardware. The stateroom has four oval-shaped portholes, allowing ample light to enter this space. The three additional staterooms are also finished in high-gloss cherry and the heads have stonework consistent with the rest of the vessel. All staterooms have flatscreen HDTV's and SMX AC controls, as well. Access to crew quarters from inside behind the bar.   Other Features Carpet runners in hallway. High-gloss cherry. Galley
Forward of the main salon is the country galley. All wood treatments are high-gloss cherry. One step leads up from the salon to the galley. Upon entering, the appliances and island countertop are to port, and a freezer side-by-side subzero refrigerator is to starboard. Directly aft of the fridge, just before entering the galley, is the day head. The day head is placed in lieu of an optional walk-in pantry. The head is complete with headhunter head, sink, and finished in black galaxy granite counters and soles, with a custom covering. There is a single window in the day head, as well. The country galley seating is all the way forward below the forward windows. There is a wrap around leather upholstered dinette with seating for six. The table is earth toned granite, consistent with the galley countertop. The flooring in the galley is Amtico, in a teak at holly style.   Other Features Kitchen aid four burner ceramic cook top. Flybridge
The 72 Hatteras motoryacht features a generous flybridge with an integrated hard top and a three panel glass windshield. There is a removable EZ2CY and traditional strata glass, three sided enclosure with aft curtains for foul weather. The space is air-conditioned for comfortable cruising during the summer months, as well. Aft of the enclosure is the boat deck, complete with 1500lbs davit in chocks. To port and starboard on the tender deck are wing stations outboard. Also, to starboard on this deck are dual stainless steel Gaggenau BBQ grills and a hideaway molded cabinet. To starboard, there is a large upholstered wraparound seating, and two small pedestal tables both topped and we Corrion. To port, there is a smaller seating area, which is just aft of the flybridge wet bar. The bar top is Corrion and is complete with 3 built-in upholstered pedestal barstools, a refrigerator, sink, icemaker and storage. Custom folding chart table to stbd side.   Other features Twin Pompanette platinum series helm and companion chairs. Custom bench seat, boat deck facing forward with storage. MarQuipt TL2-1500 davit. U-Line refrigerator and icemaker. (2) Gaggenau 120 V BBQ grills. Overhead lights and hard top with electrical rollback. Three panel glass windshield with three wipers. Three sided EZ2CY and traditional strata glass enclosure. Port and starboard wing/ backup engine controls. (4)  Zones of air conditioning and reverse cycle heating with digital CruiseAir SMX controls. Stereo speakers. Freestanding Frigibar freezer/refrigerator. Custom built in expanding chart table/buffet server.
Electronics & Navigation Equipment
The upper helm station on the 72 Hatteras is generously outfitted with electronics. The area has ample visibility on both sides as well as down to the bow and foredeck through the large windshield. For easy maneuvering around the dock, there are three sets of backup/wing controls: two on the boat deck port and starboard and one below on the aft deck. All are equipped with throttles, gears, and bow thruster joysticks.   Other features Closed circuit TV (3). Simrad AP-25 autopilot. Northstar 6100i GPS plotter (2). ELBEX video monitoring system with flybridge processor, remote control, and both aft deck and engine room compartment telescoping cameras. Hatteras digital engine displays. ACR spotlight point pad. Bow thruster control. TRAC digital display for stabilizers. ACR RLB-35 G-Fix EPIRB (S/N 4433). (2) Icom IC-M604 VHF radios at helm. KVH M7 TracVision satellite reception system. (5) separate DSS SAT receivers. Newmar loud hailers (board and apt). Furuno RD-30 multifunction digital displays with depth, water temp, air pressure, air temp, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, vessel speed, etc. Ritchie powerdamp dash mount compass. Clarion stereo. (2) Furuno Nav Net: one 1920, one 1954. Weather works system.
Electrical System
The primary electrical system aboard is 24 and 12 bolt, based on multiple batteries feeding via main battery selector switches to distribution via multiple 24 and 12 volt circuit breaker panels with a 24 V to 12 V converter. The 24 and 12 V system supplemented by at 240/ 120 volt shore power system via (2) Glendenning 100 amp power cordsforwardand (2) Glendenning. 100 amp power cords forward.   Other features (4) Deka 8D conventional lead acid batteries wired in series parallel for two 24 V battery banks (and covered fiberglass boxes in ER). GFCI protected outlets throughout the vessel Automatic battery paralleling system with switch at helm station. AC distribution panels with magnetic circuit breakers. AC switching panel with source selector switches, digital voltmeter, ammeter, frequency meter, generator start/stop controls, voltage boost tap switch and interlock selector breakers (2) Jefferson Electric isolation transformers. MasterVolt 24volt 75 amp three-step marine grade battery charger with solid-state isolator. (2) Onan 27.5 KW generators (614 hours on port/574 hours on starboard). Engine driven alternators. Navigational lights. Ground fault protection on AC receptacles and lighting circuits.
Engine & Mechanical Equipment
The vessel features CAT C32 power and two Onan generators. The engine room/lazzarette is accessed via a watertight door in the transom. The engine compartment itself is entered through a full sized door forward of the lazzarette and the area is ventilated by dual Hartzell 240 V engine room blower fans. In addition, the engines carry fully transferable CAT warranties.   Other features (2) CAT C32 main engines 1550 HP each Delta T 240 V engine room blowers. ZF Gears (model 2350) reduction gears. 4.00: 1 ratio. Packless shaft glands (freshwater cooled). Dual RACOR primary fuel filters on each main engine. Fuel transfer system (day tank and two secondary tanks) Seachest with sea strainers (sea water intake). Polyethelene water lines. 24 V DC bilge and sump pumps, two at 2000 GPH and six at 3700 GPH, with heavy-duty float switches and guards. Bronze/chrome ball valves through bolted in solid fiberglass on all underwater through hull fittings with electrical bonding throughout. Fiberglass water tanks. Electric fuel priming pumps 24 V DC, engines. AC and DC distribution panels Gray water tanks with 230 volt AC sewage pump - plumbed for dockside -185 gallons. Black water - 330 gallons. Bennett trim tabs with controls at helm (hydraulic). ABT trac hydraulic stabilizers with digital display at helm station - PTO main engines. Hydraulic dual prop bow thruster with control at helm (also controls at wing stations and aft deck station). (3) Fuel tanks: Aft (740 USG), Mid (1020 USG), Fwd (460 USG). Fuel tanks are molded fiberglass. Cablemaster retracting system for (4) 100 amp shore chords - (2) 50 amp adapters. Shore power hookups forward. Freshwater coil hose. 120/240 V engine room lighting. Battery selector panels mounted on forward bulkhead in engine room. Barry vibration dampening engine mounts. Block heaters on main engines. 4 inch stainless steel prop shafts. (2) Federal Nibral eight blade props (48” x 65.25”). Prop pockets. Molded fiberglass of stabilizer fins (TRAC stabilizers). CruiseAir 90,000 BTU A/C system with reverse cycle heating. A/C compressors each individually controlled with SMX controls and each compartment. SeaStar hydraulic steering. Custom toolbox bench. Aqua whisper, 1000 GPD water heater. Air compressor. Backup freshwater pump.
Deck & Hull Equipment
The hull above the water line was finished in spray urethane paint (Alexseal Paint). The deck and cabin superstructure are of fiberglass construction, also sprayed with Alexseal Paint and sprayed nonskid on the decks. The 72 motoryacht also features full walk around decks from the aft deck area all the way forward. There are several polished stainless steel "hoop style" rails around the entire walk around. The aft deck area is teak soled and there is a molded stairwell to the flybridge in the port corner of the aft deck. There is also a forward facing built-in seating area with a varnished wood pedestal table on the aft deck for outdoor dining. The seating area is upholstered and has a full cover for protection. On the starboard corner of the aft deck overhang is a drop-down LCD HDTV in a locking cabinet. There are also stereo speakers and overhead lights on the overhang.   Other features Aft deck controls. Marquipt Tide Ride ladder with angled platform. 20 inch Sharp Aquos LCD HDTV in locking drop-down cabinet overhead of aft deck. Teak soles on the aft deck Full nonskid walk around decks. Stainless steel deck hardware (cleats, chocks, hausers, etc.) Crew for 3 plus full head. Custom serving table portside aft deck. Maxwell 4000 hydraulic anchor windlass with chain gypsy, capstan drum, main engine PTO and dual foot (up/down) controls mounted on the foredeck Audio system control, LCD keypad and (2) Pioneer Marine speakers on aft deck. (3) Overhead 10 inch diameter compartments, port and starboard side deck for fender storage. Boarding gates (port and starboard) side decks. Marquipt Tide Ride boarding ladder - storage is in a hidden compartment in the side at the superstructure. 100lbs non-metallic grade stainless steel plow anchor with approx. 250ft of galvanized 3/8 inch G4 high tensile chain. After swim platform with boarding ladder (Hideaway). (4) Underwater lights. Resin infused solid fiberglass hull bottom. Resin infused fiberglass stringers (steel laminated in stringers at engine mount areas). Engine room bulkheads and decks are of resin infused composite construction using PVC foamcore with layers of fiberglass laminate on each side. AMANA top load freezer - crew with custom table. Stacked washer/dryer - crew.
Safety and Fire Protection
A total of 10 Size I Type BC and Size A-II BC II handheld dry chemical/Halatron fire extinguishers were thoughtfully distributed throughout the vessel. Also on board is a SeaFire FM 200 clean agent automatic engine compartment system with manual pull at the flybridge helm station. There are multiple sensors and audible alarms through the main systems monitor and an emergency engine room light.   Other features Handheld dry chemical fire extinguishers (described above). SeaFire FM 200 automatic extinguishing system in engine room. Escape portholes and topside hull and port and starboard master stateroom. Main engine start in gear safety protection. Swim platform boarding ladder. Hatteras Yachts Systems monitoring system (monitor screen at helm station). Dual trumpet horn. Complement of type(s) I & II PFD’s. Bilge high water alarm system with six sensors. ACR remote-controlled spotlight. Multiple smoke and CO2 detectors throughout the accommodations area. Emergency engine crossover starting. CAT backup manual engine controls. ACR RLB 35 G-Fix EPRIB with hydrostatic release (S/N 4433). Red overhead chart lights at helm. Six bilge pump indicator lights at helm. 8 man Givens canister liferaft.  
Exclusions
13'6" Nautica hard bottom inflatable 60 HP Yamaha four stroke 2008 model and all personal effects (list available upon request).
Remarks
This is the one and only new generation and 72 Hatteras motoryacht on the brokerage market. She is better than new!!! Four staterooms plus large crew cabin aft. Ideal vessel for owner/operator. Trades considered.
