Vessel Walkthrough

Sea Vista is a 1990 77' Hatteras Motor Yacht with a customized interior and an added cockpit. She features accommodations for up to 10 persons in 5 staterooms. The master stateroom and one of the guest staterooms are located below deck aft of the engine room. The aft guest stateroom may also be used as an office. The forward stateroom has over/under berths and because Sea Vista has always been captain maintained, this stateroom has been utilized for crew. Below deck are the VIP Stateroom and an additional Guest Stateroom.

Salon

The main salon has a six place circular dining table forward to port. On port aft and across the aft bulkhead is a large, comfortable L-shaped sofa fronted by a triangular coffee table. This table features a glass hinged top which can be opened, allowing one to place displays within the table. There is also an upholstered chair on a swivel mount facing the sofa. Along the starboard side enclosing the stairway below decks is an extensive cabinet unit with a granite bar top and U-Line icemaker. Concealed within are the entertainment system (with Bose Surround Sound, CD and cassette player), wet bar, storage cabinets and a refrigerator unit. A large Sony 42" TV is within the cabinetry and facing the seating area. The carpet and most wall coverings in this area are new as well as the LED lighting. In the forward starboard corner of the Salon, quarter-turn stairs with a lucite bannister lead down to the master and guest (office) staterooms and to the engine room access.

Galley

Galley is forward and to port of the Salon with a dinette opposite to starboard. The galley has been completely updated.  New 2011 Samsung 25 cubic feet refrigerator/freezer Amana side by side refrigerator/freezer Electrolux stove & oven Kitchen Aide microwave Amana dishwasher Double stainless sink with disposal Formica countertops and extensive storage in cupboards

Helm

The helm area features sliding doors accessing the side decks. The helm station is centered with full engine controls and electronics. A large bench seat is aft of the wheel. To port of the bench seat is a console w/ telephone equipment above a built-in wine cooler.

Master Stateroom

Aft and full beam is the master suite. A king sized bed is centered with the rolled headboard aft. A built-in bench seat is to port and continues forward into built-in drawer units. Built-in drawers to chest high level run the length of the starboard side. 36" Sony TV. There is a walk-in closet forward on port and opposite on starboard is the large bath consisting of a spacious synthetic marble vanity, tub/shower with Jacuzzi jets, and a marine head.

Office/Study

The Aft Guest Stateroom has a single bed along the outboard hull side and a desk forward with a pullman berth overhead. An ensuite head features a vanity and marine toilet. This stateroom doubles as an office.

VIP Stateroom

VIP stateroom opens to port from below deck companionway.  Queen sized bed runs athwartships En-suite head to port Night stands Mirrored aft bulkhead above a waist high cupboard unit Spacious closet En-suite bath to starboard w/ roomy stall shower, large synthetic marble vanity and marine head

Crew Quarters

Down the stairs forward of the helm is access to the Forward Stateroom. The Forward Stateroom is currently utilized as the Crew quarters. Aft Deck

The large aft deck is protected from the elements by hard sides and a full soft aft enclosure. Naturally, all can be open to enjoy beautiful weather. Seating on the aft deck is provided by an upholstered L-shaped sofa to port with side table and supported by two rattan chairs. A high-low table doubles as a coffee table or raised with the leaves open, it supplies dining space for 6.

Flybridge

The Flybridge is accessed up a stainless steel spiral stair from the helm area. The Flybridge helm area is centered forward with seating in two comfortable "ladder-back" helm chairs. Moving aft, a crescent shaped bar is on port with white top fronted by 3 bar stools. The bar features a refrigerator, sink, and storage.
