(Note: The Company offers the details of all vessels in good faith but cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant the condition of the vessels. A buyer should instruct his/her agents, or his/her surveyors, to investigate such details as the buyer desires validated. Buyer's Representations: The Buyer warrants and/or agrees as follows: A. That he/she has full power and legal authority to execute and perform this Agreement, and to obtain the permission of any authority to buy the yacht, if required; B. To deliver the following at closing: (1) Certified United States funds payable to the Seller and/or cash, in an amount equal to the balance of the net selling price as set forth in the final signed Purchase Agreement (as agreed by Buyer and Seller); (2) Any and all documents, including authorization, required to complete this purchase; C. To pay all sales, import/export and/or use taxes, now or hereafter, imposed as a result of this sale, and to indemnify the Broker and Seller against all obligations to pay such taxes; D. The Buyer will have the right of possession of the yacht only upon completion of the closing, as defined by the final signed Purchase Agreement. (NOTE: The Seller is entitled to counter or reject outright any and all offers.)
