Notable Upgrades: The yacht was hauled 1/1/20 new bottom paint, props were reconditioned. Recent renewals include 3 new air conditioners with easy start controls and each unit has its own water pump. The T & T lift had the hydraulic cylinders rebuilt with spare backup cylinders 1/1/20. The refrigerator has new raw water cooled condensing unit and holding plate. The U-Line ice maker has a new evaporator and solenoid. The freezer is under the dining settee with a new holding plate. The forward bilge pump is a new Rule 3500 GPH pump. The engine room bilge pump is a newer Rule 2500 GPH pump. The generator has just had a full servicing 5/20 that included having the coil rewound, heat exchanger renewed, new fuel pump. The house batterybank has 4 new batteries 6/20.
