James Shopovick
James Shopovick has 23 years in the marine industry selling New and Brokerage boats with one of the largest boat retailers. He started as his father’s right hand man on the Long Island Sound, buying and selling boats he purchased and resold. From the bow to the bilge he was brought up on the foundation of boat restoration and reconditioning. Served our country as an Army Medic in the Mechanized Infantry overseas, he has held Coast Guard licensed passenger captain and a PADI scuba diving instructor with many certifications. Having had Yacht/Boat factory training, everywhere from Norway to Georgia he knows how a good boat is built and how one should last. Being a boater his entire life with countless hours behind the helm and in the engine room, gives him the advantage in finding the positives and negatives of each vessel.
