Hailing from the UK, he has a wide range of yachting experience and spent several years sailing in the Mediterranean and Australia before heading to Asia where he joined Lee Marine shortly after its inception in 1997. In 2018, Martin joined Northrop & Johnson as general manager of the Asia operation, which includes offices in Thailand and Hong Kong.
