Description

FORTUNA is a beautiful, one-of-a-kind motor yacht designed for luxury cruising and entertaining.

American-built, this beautiful 100 foot/30.5m cruising yacht was designed in a luxury houseboat style that offers elegant accommodations and living spaces beyond what a typical motor yacht can offer. Whether hosting a formal dinner party or embarking on a week-long luxury vacation, FORTUNA will delight all of your guests in her grandeur.

Built by US shipyard Palmer Johnson in 1999, Fortuna was conceived at the drawing board of famed superyacht designer C. Raymond Hunt. Fine craftsmanship is evident at every turn, and she has been beautifully maintained since delivery, with various refits and upgrades throughout her life. FORTUNA was most recently re-fit in 2014 and includes interior upgrades that were over 7-figures in total, all while being professionally maintained by an experienced captain.

FORTUNA features many details not usually found on a vessel of this size. Her striking profile on the water is due to her spacious, luxury liveaboard-style design. She features three staterooms, with further accommodations for a crew of four. A spacious interior includes the main salon, as well as a bar and kitchen area which are decorated with tasteful, classic wooden features throughout. The master stateroom offers a large berth for the owner along with ample storage and chic appointments.

The covered flybridge is the heart of the vessel's entertaining space with ample seating and beautiful views of the surrounding ocean. A result of her layout design, FORTUNA'S deck is very generous and offers room for sunbathing, cocktails, and enjoying the view. Guests will appreciate various large outside spaces and experience alfresco-style living and dining. She also features a jacuzzi spa that six guests can relax in, and plenty of space to store tenders, watersports equipment and toys. The aft deck has full sliding glass doors, which pocket away when the climate is warm, meaning that guests can enjoy the best of indoor-outdoor living. The stern has a very large swim platform for activities like diving, boarding, or sunbathing.

Enjoyed by her current owner for the past six years, she is a proven, well-loved vessel with long-range capability (she has traveled from Alaska to Nova Scotia).

Growing up in Rhode Island, Bryan enjoyed life on the water, mostly fishing in Narragansett Bay. After studying art and photography in college, Bryan moved to New York City and began his career as a fashion photographer. Missing his roots on the water, Bryan started fly fishing the waters around NYC.

Bryan’s passion for fishing naturally progressed into a career as fishing guide. Starting in the late 90’s, he became a fly fishing guide, fishing the waters from New York City to Montauk. In creating a very successful business, he went on to guide and host fly fishing trips all over the world, from the Seychelles, Cuba and Alaska, to Belize, Mongolia and Brazil.

Rubbing shoulders with some of the best sportfishing captains, Bryan started working on sportfishing boats in Montauk, NY. From fishing Montauk for tuna to Madeira for granders, Bryan immersed himself with the offshore scene. He is currently the captain of “Eurybia”, a 72 Viking that fishes the waters of Montauk in the summer and Palm Beach/Bahamas in the winter.

Bryan’s time as a boat captain has taught him the intricacies of marine mechanical systems. As a guide, Bryan learned him how to maximize people’s enjoyment through their boating experience.

Bryan looks forward to helping you find the perfect fit for your boating needs.
