Patrick Koenig Jr. was born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL. Patrick attended Cardinal Newman High School and is a graduate of Florida State University. Patrick prides himself on his native roots, making him a true South Florida local. Patrick’s love and passion for boating started at a very young age as both his parents and grandparents were avid boaters, fisherman and divers. As an infant, Patrick was never left behind on a day of boating and learned at a very young age how to operate and maintain boats ranging from a Boston Whaler center console to Viking Sportfishing Yachts. Patrick has spent 35 years on the water, traveling up and down the East Coast of Florida, the Bahamas and throughout the Carribean, Mexico, and Costa Rica. Patrick is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to larger custom yachts, having spent many years with friends and clients cruising the Caribbean on boats such as Lurssen, Delta, Westport, and Heesen. Patrick is also a certified open water free diver. When he is not out on the water fishing or diving, he enjoys spending time hunting in the woods with friends and family.

After graduating from Florida State University, Patrick went to work for a privately owned company managing commercial real estate. He was also hired to sell a vast variety of firearms for the owners of a weapons distribution company in South Florida. Patrick is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida. For the past 10 years, he has been actively working in the Real Estate industry, owning several businesses primarily focused on buying and selling foreclosures, distressed real estate, and residential homes.

Patrick joined the Atlantic Yacht & Ship team with the opening of our new office at Safe Harbor New Port Cove Marina in Riviera Beach, FL. He is a valued member of our team, bringing his lifetime of boating experience and vast knowledge of the industry and the boats themselves. Whether you are building, buying, or selling a new or used boat…Patrick prides himself on going above and beyond for his clients and making sure everyone is happy at the end of the day. His integrity and honesty are a true asset to our clients.
