"The owner of Hanalei has authorized a price reduction of $89,000 pricing this vessel way below her wholesale value. 

Vessel is sold "As Is".

In order for an offer to be considered buyer is requested to show an initial and fully refundable escrow deposit of $25,000.

This will give him/her access to the recently and very detailed General Survey report and the Engine/Generator survey report for further evaluation of this unrepeatable deal. 

The reports will prove that Hanalei needs repair in the estimated amount of $80,000 for the private buyer who will have an Hatteras 52 Sport Deck at half the price of the other ones on the market.

For the demanding buyer or the investor who wants to resale Hanalei for a profit the refit can be in the amount of $125,000-$140,000."
