Description
To take the rigors of offshore tournament action, the 60’s bottom is a solid-glass laminate, while her hull sides, decks, and superstructure are cored with PVC foam that yields greater stiffness and strength with less weight. She features a variable-deadrise hull form; convex bow sections will ensure a sof ride in heavy seas, while relatively flat aft sections will offer an effcient lifting surface with minimum drag. Double chines along the full length of the hull work in conjunction with exagerated bow flare to knock down spray. Large propellers are tucked into deep tunnels at the stern for maximum efficiency, minimum vibration, and reduced draft. Accommodations include a four-stateroom, three-head layout featuring a port-side master with forpeak VIP arrangement. Twin 1,650-hp CAT engines allow a top speed in the range of 37 Kn.
