Her owners, who are extremely experienced in the yacht building process, decided to build the 90’ JULIANNE after a very enjoyable experience with their previous new build - a 70’ Outer Reef Classic Motoryacht. Sizing-up due to a growing family, the larger Outer Reef 90’ is a masterpiece – a fully customized yacht, outfitted with over $2.5 million in upgrades. Overjoyed by the final product and working with the Outer Reef team, JULIANNE’s owners are looking forward to repeating the process on a larger Outer Reef, making this exceptional 900 Classic Motoryacht available for immediate sale and delivery.
JULIANNE’s owners, through their long history of yacht ownership, spared no expense in their choices of custom furnishings and fabrics, upgrading and creating redundancy of systems, while also creating the quietest Outer Reef ever delivered. This vessel was constructed with a complete Soundown package throughout. The opportunity to purchase this incredible motoryacht is significant, as a new build Outer Reef of this size and caliber will currently have a three-year delivery time. Since 1992 Joel has sold a vast number of yachts. Recent activity has included 30 new build Outer Reefs from 55' to 88', and 16 re-sales, with those Outer Reefs cruising all over the globe. Additionally, his background has also contributed to significant brokerage sales of many other types of vessels. Still addicted to boating, although limited by time constraints, Joel enjoys time aboard his classic 65' Trawler in Florida, and 50' express boat on the Great Lakes in the summer. You may find him early mornings on a center console, communicating with clients by cell or email and taking photos of yachts.
