Description
LADY SUZO is a lightly-used, Captain-Maintained, 2007 Meridian 490 Pilothouse located on the shores of the Sea of Cortez in Mexico. She has three staterooms, two full heads, full beam main salon, an expansive raised pilothouse plus a spacious flybridge. Her large aft flybridge deck will give you the perfect perch for that afternoon sundowner.
She has the desirable twin Cummins QSB5.9 engines with low hours giving you a cruising speed of 18 knots. She also has a genset, full electronics, bow thrusters, 3-Zone A/C, full galley, even a washer/dryer. Decent speed, fuel economy, comfortable living.
Recent maintenance and upgrades include: bottom paint; bow thrusters cleaned and painted; replaced trim tabs; pulled, rebalanced and bottom-painted shafts; new water line pin stripe; swim platform refurbished and step cleaned before lubricated and replaced with SS bolts. New inverter, new engine and house batteries, and a NEW RIB dinghy plus a NEW 850 gpd Watermaker that has never even been used! She also comes with a spare set of 4-Blade propellers!

Marisa has been selling boats in San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico since 2003 when she completed 5000 nm cruising around the Sea of Cortez and the coast of Mexico from 2001 to 2003. She is originally from the Philippines, where she spent every weekend of her teenage years aboard large power yachts. She then took a detour through California to get her MBA and work the high powered corporate life in Human Resources and Information Systems.
Now she is living the dream where the desert meets the sea and dealing with boats for a living in Mexico! This trilingual agent prides herself in using her international experience to facilitate the buying and selling process for her clients, while getting things done in small-town Mexico – all within the safety and security of the largest brokerage network in the world!
When not training for her Moonlight triathlons, she enjoys time cruising aboard her Amel Maramu 48’, or her 26’ Shamrock Mackinaw sports fishing boat in the Sea of Cortez.
