Jeff Beird brings 20 years of sales and negotiating experience to your yacht purchase or sale. Upon graduating from college, he pursued a career on Wall Street where he joined the firm of Bear Stearns. He specialized in high net-worth money management and was involved in the public offerings of Lucent, Medarex, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Hollywood Video and Nabisco. He also managed a highly successful hedge fund for two years.
In 2000, cashing out of the market, Jeff pursued his goal of being a yacht broker and was highly successful at his new profession. He is one of the top brokers in Miami specializing in yachts from 40 to 150 feet. Hatteras, Sea Ray, Azimut and Ferretti are a few of the lines he has experience with.
Jeff joined United Yacht Sales because of the high level of service he can bring to his clients as a result of his partnership.
