Everything you need for a nice condo on the water. This boat has $100k in recent upgrades, and it shows as soon as you come aboard. The current owner added a 50-gallon holding tank to the aft portion of the bilge to accommodate liveaboard operation without having to pump out every other day. The original tank, which is still functioning, only had 16 gallons so it has 4 times the capacity of the stock build. House batteries were just replaced with 10 brand new Trojan batteries, brand new refrigerator/freezer in the galley, a brand new 2K watt inverter, keep warm in the winter with a Webasto gas furnace with individual controls for the salon and staterooms, entertain guests with the Sony 12v stereo system that has subwoofers built into the bulkheads and speakers throughout all of the common areas along with individual controls throughout the boat. These are just a few of the things that make this a turnkey liveaboard. The owner is also leaving all of the furniture, artwork, and safety equipment aboard. If you see it on the boat, it stays on the boat.
Best part....this isn't just a liveaboard. It is well equipped to cruise the sound or take on the open water and just as many updates and upgrades have been made to make it a comfortable ride. Drilled in electric bow thruster with joystick control on the Flybridge. Brand new Simrad electronics and Furuno Radar, make it easy to navigate any waters, Class B AIS adds a little bit of luxury or bragging rights when captaining the boat with other boaters on board. Stock Garmin radar still functions for peace of mind redundancy, and has a built-in transducer. The tranny cables have all been replaced and the port transmission was rebuilt in the last 3 years. Highly efficient Twin diesel Perkins 200 Turbo's make for a nice cruising speed of 11 knots burning a measly 4 gallons per hour.
The only known issue with this boat is that the windows had a leak 3 years ago that caused some small areas of discoloration to the teak. All of the windows were replaced and there are no more leaks.
This is not your average 1986 Ponderosa, it is a very well-maintained home on the water ready to cruise!
