Description
A Great 2005 Family Cruiser
The 310 Signature—is a traditional mid-cabin express notable for her attractive styling and well-appointed interior. Chaparral builds a quality boat and the 310 stood apart from many other cruisers her size for her excellent tooling and above average finish. Offers Air Conditioning which is a must here in FL. Built on a modified V hull with cored hull sides and a solid fiberglass bottom, so no worries about rotting stringers down the road. The 310’s open-plan interior sleeps six in a layout a little different from most 30-foot cruisers. An offset double berth is forward in the salon, with plenty of space, and the 310’s full-service galley includes a built-in microwave, Corian counters, and generous storage.
Cherry cabinetry, designer fabrics, and upscale furnishings highlight her entire cabin and her galley is notable for its generous storage. As many as six can be seated comfortably in the cockpit where a full wet bar, transom shower, are standard. Additional features include a transom storage locker, extended swim platform, walk-through windshield, double helm seat with bolsters. Two Mercuries 270hp gas motors with Bravo 3 sterndrives allow you to cruise in the mid 20s (about 30 knots top). This boat offers a Kohler 5KW Genset.
The design of the 310 Signature allows shallow water operation, with trip up outdrives, the depth is around 2’ 6”. This boat has always been lift stored, so there is no bottom paint to maintain.
Considered one of the best express cruisers under 30 feet, and priced to sell fast. This boat is ready to go, there are some cosmetic items that would allow this boat to shine, and serve the new owners for many years to come.

Manufacturer Provided Description
Taking full advantage of our patented Wide Tech technology, the 310 takes cruiser design to a high level with more style, more storage space, more cabin headroom and more performance than ever thought possible. Everywhere you look-the helm, transom area, even the galley Chaparral's spark of innovation shines. Topside, the 310's standard fiberglass hard top provides ultimate all-weather protection and is reminiscent of cruisers 10 feet longer and twice as expensive. In the cockpit, you get a feeling of total security wrapped in unmatched luxury. Two cockpit seating options meet every need. Ultra refined, the 310 has a carefree single level cockpit, redesigned helm seating and the finest workmanship imaginable. Below decks, the 310 is a marvel in space efficiency, elegance and workmanship. The aft cabin has considerably more inches of headroom than previous offerings. A clever optional air mattress system in the salon eliminates old-fashioned filler cushions on a boat that introduces a space-saving power ease forward berth that retracts at the flip of a switch. Showcasing a super clean look, the cabin is built with a fiberglass innerliner that even includes a ceiling liner. An oversized LCD television is mounted on a swivel bracket for viewing in both the salon and forward berth. The lighter wood tones of our River Cherry cabinetry create an open and airy feeling. What really makes the 310 state-of-the-art is the phenomenal use of space. The filler cushion for the aft cabin is part of the backrest. Additionally, the side mount cabin table stows in its own space under the dinette seat.

Captain Ross Wiltse
I started sailing on Lake Ontario in Northern NY, in an old Snark foam boat. I Purchased my first boat at 12, a Smoker Craft with oars which I ran up and down the Oswego River. Continued my boating life by joining the US Coast Guard where I spent time running from the Arctic circle to the equator, chasing drug boats and performing Search and Rescue duty. Following this I spent 28 years in the executive corporate world, while continuing boating on the West Coast, Mississippi & Missouri rivers, as well as the Great Lakes. For my vacations, I delivered boats to and from the Caribbean.
It seems the path was cut for me to continue helping people enjoy the excitement and adventure of boating. Florida is a fantastic place to do exactly what I love; boating, talking boats, and selling boats. I look forward to working with you, to find what your mind's eye has for your future in boating.
