A rare beauty, incredibly well preserved! Only 17 of these beauties were ever made from a design penned by New Zealand’s Salthouse brothers. Built tough and strong by Dong Sung Venus in South Korea. She is a center cockpit, ketch rigged cutter, 6'6" Draft, allowing many options for sailing and ease of handling. These boats have been compared to Hallberg-Rassey, Amel and Vagabond for their quality and ruggedness.
Below decks is gorgeous Teak throughout. She maintains her light and airy feel with many opening hatches and portlights. She is cruise-equipped with comfortable accommodations in 2 separate en-suite staterooms plus a double-sized passaging berth, spacious main salon, full navigation equipment, a full galley, easy access to her engine and fuel tanks, generous storage, watermaker, generator….the works!
Above decks you get a beautiful Teak deck with hard lifelines all around for safety, many possible sail configurations depending on the conditions, a protected center cockpit with lines that lead to it for safety, a removeable swim platform and many more extras that only liveaboard would know are truly useful!

Marisa has been selling boats in San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico since 2003 when she completed 5000 nm cruising around the Sea of Cortez and the coast of Mexico from 2001 to 2003. She is originally from the Philippines, where she spent every weekend of her teenage years aboard large power yachts. She then took a detour through California to get her MBA and work the high powered corporate life in Human Resources and Information Systems.
Now she is living the dream where the desert meets the sea and dealing with boats for a living in Mexico! This trilingual agent prides herself in using her international experience to facilitate the buying and selling process for her clients, while getting things done in small-town Mexico – all within the safety and security of the largest brokerage network in the world!
When not training for her Moonlight triathlons, she enjoys time cruising aboard her Amel Maramu 48’, or her 26’ Shamrock Mackinaw sports fishing boat in the Sea of Cortez.
