She's presently in Port Charlotte on the Hard and was in the same spot during Ian. Because of some storm damage, we've reduced the asking price by over $18k.
She now has a "Catalina Smile", needs an exhaust elbow, The Bimini and Dodger flew off though housing's still there, and the solar panels are non functional. She was inspected after the storm and the mast and hull are good. Standing and running rigging are in great condition and several professionals all agree, they'd take her out sailing today!
