Jeff Botelho

Yacht Broker

Jeff grew up in Southeastern Massachusetts and throughout his life has always had a connection to boating. Some of his earliest and most cherished memories include boating and fishing with his dad on Mount Hope Bay and spending time with his children on the water. Jeff began his career at General Dynamics where he fabricated components for US Navy submarines, but it didn’t take long for his entrepreneurial spirit to surface. In the early 1990’s Jeff founded J & J Marine and in 2011 Seamless Marine, both manufacturers of custom towers and tops. Over the past thirty years, he has outfitted hundreds of boats in the New England area with his talented designs. He has always been involved in sales and enjoys working one on one with all of his customers. Jeff’s background includes being an Ocean Yacht dealer, builder of the Avid 24 and he has been recognized for his award winning designs and service. In 2008, Jeff received the Outstanding Business Achievement Award from the Somerset Office of Economic Development and in 2007 the Award for Excellence in Technology from the American Boat Builders & Repairers Association.

After a successful career in Marine manufacturing, Jeff is excited to join the United Yacht Sales Team where he will continue to enjoy his love of the water and share his knowledge of boats. He has earned a solid reputation of trust and professionalism with all of his customers, including many manufacturers, marinas and boatyards. Jeff is grateful to have been able to dedicate his career to the marine industry and still enjoys relationships with past customers and industry partners alike.

He resides in North Dartmouth, MA with his wife Debra and their two dogs. He enjoys boating and fishing with family and friends from Maine to Cape Cod. Jeff looks forward to sharing his passion for boating and dedication to professionalism with all his United Yacht customers.
