In 1991, Jeff Partin gave up pursuit of a career in corporate recruiting and embarked on his dream to sail around the world. During the first half of his 26 years in professional yachting, Jeff served on and captained a variety of notable vessels; power and sail, up to 150 feet in length logging over 100,000 miles at sea. Active in global yacht brokerage for the last 14 years, Jeff is comfortable conducting business in a variety of countries; and provides service specific to the needs of each client in the areas of yacht sales, purchase yacht management, charter, and new construction.
In addition to yacht sales and purchase, Jeff’s proficiencies include yacht racing, refit management, charters, and technical support for marine related film and television projects.
Jeff is in his third year as a Director with the IYBA (International Yacht Brokers Association), he is a member of the Ethics Committee and also serves as Chairman for the annual IYBA Golf Tournament, and Chairman for the highly acclaimed IYBA East and West Coast Yacht Sales Summits.
A veteran yacht broker Jeff, previously worked 6 years with Fraser Yachts and 3 years at Camper and Nicholson’s International. In June 2016, he joined with former colleagues to start Superyacht Sales and Charter, a boutique luxury yacht services firm located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
