Laura grew up watching her father's supertankers leave the shipyard, shaping her dream of one day acquiring her 100T license and driving large boats herself. At 27 she purchased her first sailboat but did not stop there. Over the years she has enjoyed owning and navigating multiple kinds of vessels along the entire coast such as a 30-foot Ocean Yacht Flybridge, a 36-foot Sea Ray, and two 34-foot Sailboats, not to mention making deliveries for her clients.
Laura has had a successful 20-year career in operations, marketing, and training with Fortune 500
companies like Proctor & Gamble and Kraft. During this time, she acquired the importance of customer service excellence, building life-long relationships, attention to detail, and executive-level negotiating skills to close deals. In her spare time, Laura enjoys racing 50-foot sailboats, playing tennis, pickleball, diving, and traveling.
What makes Laura a great Yacht Broker today, is her previous experiences buying and selling her
own vessels coupled with the skills she has developed throughout her career. She understands what huge investment boats are, and she strives to treat her clients' purchases as her own. She knows the frustrations of being a buyer in the search for a vessel from both perspectives and believes in attention to detail to avoid costly mistakes.
