I started boating at the age of 5. I bought my first boat when I was 19 and have owned a boat or boats since then ranging in size from 17’ to 51’. I have boated on inland lakes in the Midwest, the Great Lakes and Coastal Florida. We spent almost 10 years with boats on Lake Cumberland, KY and another 10 on the Great Lakes.
When our daughter was born, we purchased our first “big boat” and I committed to stay off the golf course every other weekend. We spent those weekends aboard, in the western basin of Lake Erie. Every summer we would take a “North Trip” from Lake Erie, to the Canadian ports of Bayfield, Tobermory and Killarney. From there across the North Channel to Mackinaw and on to Lake Michigan and Bay Harbor, Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Charlevoix. Our daughter is now 21 and she still enjoys every opportunity to join us on the water. We truly understand the magic boating can bring to a family.
I spent many years in the restaurant business. We started a chain of full-service restaurants in Columbus, OH eventually opening 146 locations. That experience taught me the value of hospitality. I transitioned to commercial Real Estate and have almost 30 years of experience in real estate negotiations and contract management.
We live in Tampa now. It is arguably the best boating location in the country. There is not a day that goes by that I don’t try to get out on the water. There is nothing that compares to that experience.
I pride myself on clear communication, providing my clients with all the information they need to make the right decision when buying or selling a boat. I listen first and work tirelessly to fulfill my client’s goals.
